19A- Idea Napkin No.2

1) Me : My name is Gianna Caceres, I am 21 years old studying marketing and advertising. I am the second member of my family to ever go to college, following my Mother. My mom was a first generation college student who attended UF for her bachelors and Law school all while having my sister and I with her. My mom has always been a huge inspiration for me because she did it all with zero help or support and growing up my mom gave me all the tools necessary to succeed. The way I see it, if my mom was able to do everything she did without having parents who spoke English, had any money or education, than I am more than capable with all the resources I have at my disposal. My hobbies include drawing, journaling, binging shows and hanging out with my friends. I also have a crazy shopping addiction but that's a whole other story. I really liked doing these assignments because marketing is right up my ally. With my knowledge of marketing and sales, I see my business flourishing if it is something I plan to pursue after this whole corona virus gets situation. I am a peoples person, a people pleaser and I am very well versed. Pretty sure I can convince anyone of anything and that is how I plan thriving in this line of work.
2) What am I offering to customers? I am offering a product service that will allow people to track their cards without the hassle of tracking it down themselves. I will work closely with card companies such as Amex, Mastercard and Visa to install a tracking device in these cards so that others are able to track them down via Bluetooth through an app that can be downloaded onto a smart phone via app store. One thing that I did not think about till just now is how helpful this may be for law enforcements as well. While they track down cards by pin pointing the last few transactions made in the card, with a tracking device installed, they'll be able to catch the culprit whether or not the card is being used!
3) Who am I offering it to? While a majority of people own cards no matter the age, I will be closely observing the use of college students and teenagers who I feel lose their cards more often than adults do. College students and teenagers have yet, in my opinion, established an everyday routine. You get to an age where from there on out, you're basically doing the same thing everyday at a set time. You tend to be more responsible when you're on a set routine. With the hectic lives college students live, it is a little harder to stay on top of things.
4) Why do they care? No one likes misplacing an item. Especially something you use practically everyday. It is also very inconvenient having to wait an entire week to get a new card at your disposal. If the service is available to you, why not use it?
5) What are your core competencies? This has yet to be done and I think that is why it is such a unique Idea. There are no cards in the world to my knowledge that have this capability. With everything advancing and it already being 2020, it shocks me and many others that this isn't a thing already.

Feedback memo: I believe that all my values and core competencies work together very well. With my knowledge and marketing and my drive to succeed, I feel there really isn't stopping this idea from blossoming. I would obviously have to figure out the logistics of it all but everyone I have spoken with has agreed that this idea should be put into action. I have yet to run into a bump in the road with all of this and feel the only thing I must do is reach out the card companies to hear their insight.

18A-CREATE A CUSTOMER AVATAR

College Teen who party "too much"Image result for sorority girls partyingMy Customer Avatar is going to be between the ages of 18-23. He/She typically wakes up at 12pm noon and skips breakfast and goes straight to lunch. They''ll roll out of bed, brush their teeth and ask their friends if they wanna go out to brunch. They'll get to brunch around the end of it, say 1:30pm. They'll order a burger-- first meal of the day and get bottomless mimosas while they're at it. They'll end up getting cut off after their 2nd pitcher and will ask for the check immediately after. They'll pay for their meal and bottomless mimosas and not thinking twice, they'll leave the restaurant carelessly forgetting their card in the check book. They'll go home, put on friends and fall asleep 15 minutes into it. 4 hours later they'll roll out of bed and ask their roommate if they wanna hit bento for dinner and of course their roommate will say yes. They'll get to bento and quickly realize their card isnt in their wallet and confused and dazed, they'll say "Hey i cant find my card, can you pay and I'll venmo?"

My customer is careless, lives life on a day by day basis basically repeating the same go to sleep drunk and late, wake up hazy and feeling ill, they rarely eat breakfast but never skip lunch. They'll occassionally skip their 10am class because they "overslept" when in reality they heard their alarm and decided to turn it off anyways. They never miss a ladies night or latin night at white buffalo. Study by day, rage by night is their motto. Every night they risk their life but somehow always make it home safe. They like reality tv shows and making kraft mac and cheese because its how they "save money". They're constantly loosing their debit cards and venmo has become a lifestyle not an app.
